How do I Order Online?
Please browse and add titles to your basket and then checkout. You will be asked to ‘Log In’ or ‘Register’ if you have not ordered before.
Complete your delivery details as instructed, enter your payment details and confirm your billing address. You are then asked to confirm your order. Your credit or debit card payment is then authorised and your order is confirmed.
A confirmation email is sent to confirm that your order has been placed. When your order is despatched, a copy of the delivery invoice will be emailed to you.
I am having difficulties ordering online
Please call Maria on 1850 200 707 and we will manually process your order. Alternatively, email email@example.com with a brief description of the problem and you will be contacted immediately.
My order was declined
When “Credit card was declined” appears while processing an order it means that your credit card bank has declined the transaction. Usually, a quick call to your credit card bank’s customer service will clear this up. If problems persist, please call us and we can process your transaction over the phone.
If you wish to place your order again, you may do so. Please be sure to include your full name, correct address and a phone number where you can be reached to verify the order.
I did not receive my confirmation email
Please call us on 1820 200 707 where we will be able to check if your order was processed and whether or not you received the order.

Can I change my address once the order has been submitted?
Yes, please call 1850 200 707 or email firstname.lastname@example.org within 1 hour after placing the order. Once an order is submitted, it is immediately sent to our warehouse to be packed. Most orders are shipped the same day they are received.
